With a 2 sponge system, the wall is sponged with a sponge in each hand. The sponge that is not working the wall is soaked with water and used to feed the working sponge as required.

When the working sponge requires only a small amount of wetting, turn the soaked sponge up to face you and pat your working sponge down onto it.

When your working sponge requires alot of wetting, turn it up to face you and drag the soaked sponge face down across it from toe to heal.

Use your small tool to unclip the sponge from the handle and use it as a hand sponge to get in behind downpipes and othe tight places.
